Inspiration: Celestine Dreams of Maui

If you're feeling the harsh of the winter like we are here in NYC, come with us on this inspirational adventure to Maui courtesy of Matthew Ree photography and our Celestine gown.   Can't you just feel that wind whip through your hair and the train of chiffon tugging as you walk through the sand?  Sighhhhh, a girl can dream. 

Beach weddings have a special place in my heart - there's just something about communing with nature that lends itself to the celebration of love.  Maybe it's the reminder of the simple things in life.   The raw elements of sand and sea need no decoration and the world is stripped away for that moment of all its complications and distractions.  

With that in mind, Celestine suits the mood just right.  Ease and grace and a touch of wild abandon make this dress the perfect breezy alternative to the norm of constraint and structure.

Real Weddings: Meet Angelina

Angelina and Roger were married in a huge industrial space in Hudson, NY and Angelina knew she wanted a rockin' custom gown, something that felt like it represented her personality. This seamed lambskin leather racerback with a fit to flare skirt gave her the edge she was looking for. We especially dig that pearlized nude and ivory color combo!  

There is so much to love about this wedding!  Angelina's killer braid for one (and that of her best man), that drool-worthy, light drenched locale, and let's talk about those 1000 origami cranes that make up their altar. Traditionally, it was believed that if one folded 1000 origami crane's, one's wish would come true. It has also become a symbol of hope and healing. Congratulations you two!

Real Weddings: Meet Manya

Manya and Jonathan have friends with cool spaces. This couple was lucky enough to convince their family friend (and fashion Photographer) Ilan Ruben, to let them convert his studio into their dream wedding venue. Located in beautiful Sunset Park, Brooklyn and right on the water, the space was ideal. Manya chose our Pherousa gown (simplified). The perfect dress for this unique city feté. Real Weddings: Meet Rebecca

Red hot! Rebecca chose our Azurite gown. We did it in a custom silk chiffon that is as red, bright and full of life as the bride herself. She and John exchanged vows (with a little sip from a flask to seal the deal) in Hawaii. Other notables? Guests sat with their feet in the water during the ceremony, glitter Keds, a flower bomb half halo, guests all in white, and how 'bout that body chain?!?

Can't you just smell the magnolia blossoms? This delicious Southern inspiration shoot is as classic as it is enticing. From the gilded stationary, to the luscious florals, this shoot has us feeling the romance. Our Oceane gown, in Natural White and nude, with its layered, gossamer texture is the perfect centerpiece.
