Real Weddings: Meet Christina

Christina and Steve were married at the French Legation Museum in downtown Austin. This celebration was full of personal touches. The couple exchanged handwritten vows, and were serenaded by a lovely group of women in Christina's family during their ceremony. Inspiration: Chrysolite Bustier + Kensington by Vicki Grafton Photography

This old world charm in Charleston is a perfect example of rustic elegance done right, starting with our Chrysolite Bustier and Kensington Skirt in ivory linen. Like the combination of sequins with the more relaxed linen, the pairing of the historical grounds and stables with a bit of nuptial glamour hits just the right tone of informal luxe.

"Black" - Custom Carol Hannah in Dierks Bentley's new music video

Last year I was asked to create a custom gown for Dierks Bentley's new album video Black.  An intense landscape in Iceland, yards upon yards of flowing black silk chiffon, and a custom dress based on our Artemisa and Dianthus gowns made this a phenomenally fun creative project for me, not to mention a pretty stark contrast to my daily realm of white!  His wife Cassidy wears it incredibly well - hope you enjoy!

Real Weddings: Meet Lindsay

Our dresses are made to move in, but you don't have to take our word for it! Just look at Lindsay and Andrew cutting the proverbial rug. These two took full advantage of their venue, Haw River Ballroom, a beautiful music venue, set in the former Dye House of Saxapahaw’s Historic Cotton Mill. They celebrated the idyllic rural setting, with their outdoor ceremony. The ballroom was put to good during their reception. Love, dance, and music, just a few of our Pemberley gown's favorite things.

Real Weddings: Meet Kelly

Chris and Kelly had a super personal, ultra casual, and decidedly non-traditional wedding. And we LOVE it! Kelly is obsessed with all things miniature. Tiny pink pineapple bouquets and bitty gold animals were the perfect way to incorporate minis into her plan. This couple had their priorities clear from the get go; food, drinking and dancing! They fed their guests delicious fried chicken and cake from Wegman's, friends played great dance music, and they ended the night at their favorite bar, Puffy's in Tribeca. Mission accomplished! Congratulations you two.
