Oh, Kyanite, you natural beauty you. This gown is as easy breezy as they come. With its dramatic cowl back and ivory silk jersey softness, it's hard to imagine a dress better suited to a ceremony celebrated wandering the wilderness. This inspiration shoot was designed by East Made Event Company and photographed by Michael and Carina Photography. The film photography captured these nudes and naturals against the richest greens so beautifully. And how 'bout that insane wild and free bouquet?!?

Cait and Phill’s wedding in the Catskill Mountains of New York was a sight to behold! A little 1920s Art Deco, a little boho, a little rustic and all kinds of pretty. This couple is all about the outdoors and wanted their wedding to feel like a barn party. The couple hiked to Kaaterskill Falls for their first look photos, crafted a vintage crescent moon photo backdrop, and gifted goodie bags filled with s’mores to their guests. If rustic-vintage-glam was the vision, we say mission accomplished!

Real Weddings: Meet Dianne

Jeff and Dianne were married at Kelley Farm in Washington, a charming piece of Bonney Lake history. The Kelley Farm house was a wedding gift, given from a groom to his wife in 1907. It has been lovingly preserved and restored through the years by the Corliss family. Today, the farm serves as an event venue, steeped in romance. The pastoral allure of this picturesque property set the perfect stage for Jeff and Dianne's rustic chic wedding. The bride chose a simplified version of our Pherousa gown and accessorized her look with our Filagree Garden Veil.

Inspiration: Triteia and Zultanite by April Violet

The inspiration for this shoot started with vintage maps. Their neutral colors: blacks, pinks, and light blues. The palette paired perfectly with the venue, a quaint, European-inspired bed and breakfast (built during the coal era) and endearingly called the Mousehole. All of this old world beauty produced lovely, luxe images featuring our Triteia and Zultanite gowns.

Real Weddings: Meet Jojo

Jojo and Michael locked in their love under the approving gaze of Abraham Lincoln. As DC residents, it made perfect sense for these two to celebrate among the treasures of their city. With the Reflecting Pool and the Washington Monument to their backs they said I do in an intimate ceremony. Jojo looked statuesque in our draped linen Kensington ballgown skirt and silk jersey ballet tank.

Real Weddings: Meet Lauren

Lauren and Zach did the Big Apple proud! These cool cats celebrated the city in their dual-borough nuptials. From their first look photos (taken right across from the landmark Soho Pharmacy in Manhattan) to their intimate ceremony, at Frankies 457 in Brooklyn, Loreto Caceres Photography captured it all. The couple's day was set against the brownstones, bridges, and street scenes that make us love this city. Lauren chose to have a custom gown created from our Bellevue Bustier and Versailles skirt. It was the perfect embodiment of the sleek sophistication and spunk that is NYC.
