Inspiration: Iolite on Cumberland Island

Tucked away on Cumberland Island in Camden County, Georgia there is a magical hidden ruins, overgrown and crumbling in the best ways. With panoramic views, abundant palms, and horses as the islands primary residents, this is a very special venue for a whimsical wedding.

Our Iolite sequined silk-georgette caftan is the perfect wedding dress for this outdoor, natural setting, bringing a relaxed glamour to the overall feel.

French Wedding Inspiration with Coralia

Did someone say D-R-E-A-M-Y? French weddings typically feature warm, muted tones against naturally stunning backdrops, and this inspiration is no exception!

What makes it unique, however, are the modern textural elements. Coralia, with its soft, linear lines provides just the right amount of interest, and the gown pairs beautifully with the bride’s asymmetric bouquet and boho-inspired updo. Speaking of modern and textural, we love the contrast between the groom’s sleek suit and curly man bun.

Now how do you say scroll for more in French?

Real Weddings: Meet Kelsey

Meet #carolhannahbride Kelsey!

Kelsey and Rick celebrated their union at the Marbella Club in Spain, which is a setting that looks straight from a romance movie! Their intimate ceremony and reception borrowed plenty of inspiration from their surroundings, from lush floral florals to light terracotta accents.

Kelsey chose the Pandorus gown in Natural White, and she paired it with our Eris Veil. Elegant, romantic and modern, the gown was a natural choice for her organic wedding.

Congrats cuties!

Moody Wedding Inspiration with Iolite

Dramatic and elegant, moody weddings are a great option for fall and winter brides. Moody weddings also make a statement, which means the gown should make one too!

Iolite was a perfect choice for today’s inspiration because the soft light illuminated every sequin and sparkle. While bright photography will sometimes blow out details, Forever Photography NY was able to capture Iolite and its intricate layers.

But we also can’t forget the impeccable styling! Black and burnt orange details were elevated by pops of gold and emerald green. Varying floral and candle heights created dimension and interest. Like we said, dramatic and elegant!

Inspiration: Modern Neutral Wedding with Celestine

From the nature-inspired bridal bouquet to the cream pillar candles, today’s inspiration makes a strong argument for a neutral wedding palette. The pièce de résistance is, of course, the Celestine gown. (What can we say? We’re biased.) The soft chiffon drapes! The easy silhouette! The ethereal vibes!

Who said simplicity had to be boring?

Adella in an English Garden Elopement

Although today’s inspiration shoot took place in Scottsdale, Arizona, photographer Basically Brandy was actually inspired by an English garden!

From Brandy: “Against the elegant elements such as the organically growing vines, we added some moodier elements (such as the florals) for a romantic balance. We created an intimate and meaningful feeling with the small table set for those who mean the most. The main focus however, was the emotional connection between the couple.”

Real Weddings: Meet Abby Grace

Meet #carolhannahbride Abby Grace!

Abby Grace married in Birmingham, Alabama. Her classic wedding had plenty of Southern touches, from cascading florals to monogrammed signage. For her gown, the bride chose to have a custom gown created from our Bellevue Bustier and Copic Skirt. The draped tulle bodice provided softness and romance, while the fitted silk faille skirt provided structure and drama. A vintage-inspired belt pulled everything together, and Abby Grace finished her look with dainty jewels.

Congrats cuties!

Inspiration: Lovely in Lutosa

Lutosa is what we like to call a triple threat: texture, movement and a hint of color. Easily one of our most flattering styles, the boned bodice accentuates the waist, and the full skirt drapes gracefully into a dramatic train.

In this version, the gown does have metallic thread woven throughout, which catches and absorbs light. And though she’s right at home in the Las Vegas desert here, she’s lovely for just about any celebration.

See what we mean? Triple threat.

Inspiration: Myrina in Hawaii

Today we’re being whisked away to the sandy shores of Hawaii, and we’re not mad about it.

The Myrina gown makes quite the splash against a majestic backdrop of mountains, ocean and greenery. Perfect for a beach wedding, the gown’s bold color, long flowing lines and delicate details are a photographer’s dream.

Pair it with a bright bouquet, loose locks and comfortable flats, and you’re ready for a one of a kind celebration.
