Lately, we’ve seen an increase in minimalist style weddings. Though it’s because of *gestures broadly*, there’s something special about stripping down all the excess and focusing on what’s really important.

Take, for example, today’s inspiration. Inspired by Scandinavia, it features bright light, pops of color and clean lines. The bride, with long waves and fresh makeup, is the focus here. She wears our Fresco gown, a caftan style silhouette that is fluid, unique and oh so effortless. We love the barefoot vibes, which only emphasize the gown’s movement and romance.

From the planner: “This Nordic Nuptials shoot was birthed and inspired by my personal connection with nature, love of Scandinavian culture, and fascination with the poppy flower. My hope was to create a vision that embodied aspects of nature that lay within Scandinavian roots such as the use of very neutral tones, pops of citrus color, and wood textures in both furniture and venue.”
