Inspiration: Malachite by Beth Morgan

Have you ever fantasized about eloping? Just you, your love and a gown, wherever your heart desires? This inspiration shoot has us nearly sold on the option. Follow in Beth Morgan Cowan's footsteps and kick out whatever tradition doesn't suit you and fill the space with personal touches like she did here with rugged terrain, edginess, and raw beauty. The ritual exchange of vows should be emblematic of your love. We say, only hold on to the customs that speak to you and always wear the dress of your dreams.

Inspiration: Euphorbia in New Zealand

Wild and free in New Zealand. This stunning shoot from the South Island has got us travel crazy. As it turns out, New Zealand is made up of spectacular glaciers, picturesque fiords, rugged mountains, vast plains, rolling hillsides, subtropical forest, volcanic plateau, miles of coastline with gorgeous sandy beaches...and we're in!  This sublime, stormy imagery was captured in the rugged Lindis Valley by KATIE GRANT PHOTOGRAPHY and LILLI KAD, styled by JANNA BROWN DESIGNS and the powers that be...I mean, you can't plan for that kind of misty grey perfection.

Inspiration: Pyrite in the Southern Sun

Another gem from The School of Styling! This shoot was created by Holly of Perfectly Posh Events and captured by Sawyer Baird. The emerald green leaves in the lower gardens of Middleton Place provide the perfect, lush backdrop for the gold foiled silk organza and metallic lace of our Pyrite. Just look at that beauty glistening in the warm Southern sun.

Oh, Kyanite, you natural beauty you. This gown is as easy breezy as they come. With its dramatic cowl back and ivory silk jersey softness, it's hard to imagine a dress better suited to a ceremony celebrated wandering the wilderness. The film photography captured these nudes and naturals against the richest greens so beautifully. And how 'bout that insane wild and free bouquet?!?

Real Weddings: Meet Dianne

Jeff and Dianne were married at Kelley Farm in Washington, a charming piece of Bonney Lake history. The Kelley Farm house was a wedding gift, given from a groom to his wife in 1907. It has been lovingly preserved and restored through the years by the Corliss family. Today, the farm serves as an event venue, steeped in romance. The pastoral allure of this picturesque property set the perfect stage for Jeff and Dianne's rustic chic wedding. The bride chose a simplified version of our Pherousa gown and accessorized her look with our Filagree Garden Veil.

A private setting in the trees, and lavish just-for-two details (like that cake and whiskey bar) make this romantic, minimal elopement an inspiration. For anyone wanting a simplified to-do, this fete is bare bones beauty at its finest.
