It's a NOLO I do! These lovers wed the New Orleans way. They exchanged vows in the French Quarter at Broussard’s, a building that has been radiating old world charm since 1834. They celebrated with a second line parade down Bourbon Street (an age old city tradition). Brandy chose our Pherousa gown, and her look was perfect for leading the band!
