Engagement Shoot: Custom Reds in the Desert Dunes

Ideas for your Engagement Photos!

Engagement portraits need not be awkward or prom-y! Take a cue from #carolhannahbride Frankie who went with a custom fire red number and took to the desert with her honey for these incredible shots!

Tips for Engagement Outfit Styling:

  1. Pick a color that pops! It’s easy to get overwhelmed when choosing a look for something important, but you can’t go wrong keeping it simple and using something like color as a focal point.

  2. Keep it comfortable! Pick something you enjoy wearing and it will show in the photos (and vice versa), especially important if you don’t love being photographed. If you hate having your picture taken there’s nothing worse than also having to fuss with your dress!

  3. Make it special! Choose a dress or pieces with an element of interest beyond your standard go-to looks, be it draping, texture, volume, or movement. Frankie’s train here takes this styling from party dress to editorial asap!
