Real Weddings: Meet Nicole

Rooftop garden oasis I-do's in the heart of NYC. Nicole and Ben wanted a non-traditional, intimate, outdoor ceremony and reception and they found just the spot for their 60 guests at the David Burke Kitchen in New York's SoHo neighborhood. Lush greenery, flowers and the view of the freedom tower wowed guests. Nicole and Ben did away with a number of wedding traditions and opted for an extended cocktail hour, gourmet slider and truffle fry bar, boozy beignets, dancing and a GIF booth in place of a photo booth (LOVE!). Nicole knew she didn't want a white gown from the get-go and ended her search when she chose a two piece including a custom skirt, our Mulberry made in the pale aqua and gold chevron silk jaquard of our Azurite gown. Perfection for this sunny, September love-fest.

Inspiration: Celestine's Woodland Escape

All hail Persephone, the Goddess of Spring. This amazing shoot from Lynette Boyle conjures dancing flowers and fairies alight in enchanted woods. The light-as-a-feather silk chiffon and crepe de chine of our Celestine gown make it perfect goddess wear. That lush floral crown is giving us major butterflies and leaving us dreaming of eternal summer.

Real Weddings: Meet Beryl

The sweetest love imaginable. So Beryl and James had planned to get married awhile back, but you know what they say of the best laid plans. A little (completely adorable) surprise came along and postponed their original timeline. The couple wed this October, and their celebration was all the richer for it. They were able to celebrate with their beautiful baby girl! Beryl chose our Middleton Place gown and Braided Sparkle Belt, the perfect ensemble for their boho, Australian I dos.

Inspiration: Driftwood Beach and Monticello

Siren and sailor. We are completely seduced by this driftwood inspiration shoot by Emily Katharine of The Ganeys. It looks as though our Monticello gown has walked right out of the sea. The draped chiffon gown's washed silk and organic texture embodying the currents and waves themselves. With every detail perfected, from the abalone table runner to the delicate coral cake topper, and that sun-bleached bouquet, this seaside love story is one for the ages.
