Every wedding is special, but we were particularly honored to take part in Jennifer and Eric's celebration. Their day was extraordinary because, not long before, Jennifer's father had been diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia and ALS. With a future full of unknowns and a grim prognosis, Jessica and Eric set to work planning their wedding with a very short timeline. In the end an amazing group of vendors came together and gifted the couple everything they needed to celebrate in a way that felt completely heartfelt and personal.
Jessica says “It was highly emotional for all of us. We knew it was a day we were so lucky to have. A day we were so blessed to receive. “The wedding was more than a dream, it was pure magic … everyone arrived with a quiet sense of calm and purpose. We were enveloped in love and support. My Dad did get to walk me down the aisle. I did get to marry my best friend in the company of those I love most. And we were given more grace than I ever imagined.”
This gorgeous ceremony reminds us what life is all about: love, family, friends, gratitude and grace and we are so glad to have been able to play a small part.
